Hi Clients,
We’ve been working on something big behind the scenes - a
complete redesign of the diner-facing experience, from our
booking calendar and email notifications, to the look, feel and
functionality on our app and website.
Our goal? To make things smoother, faster, and better-looking for
diners - and simpler and more powerful for you.
We’re still a few months away from the full launch, but we wanted
to start sharing what’s new and what’s coming. Some updates -
like refreshed booking emails - will roll out first, with the
full diner-facing upgrade to follow. It’s all part of a broader
redesign that will deliver a cleaner, more intuitive experience
across the board. A few updates will need your input along the
way, and we’ll guide you through each one with ease.

reservations how often a guest has dined with you - whether it’s
their first visit or their fiftieth. This simple but powerful
feature helps your team and hosts recognise regulars, deliver
