A fresh new look for your reservation emails
********************************************
Hi Clients,
We’re excited to let you know that your reservation emails are
getting a fresh new look!
? What’s changing:
* Modern, streamlined design
Your emails will now have a consistent, professional layout that
looks great on all devices.
* Improved clarity
We’ve standardised fonts and layout to make sure key details
stand out and your brand looks its best.
* Custom messaging blocks
You can still add your own messaging in two dedicated sections.
You’ll also be able to set the message colour to indicate urgency
(for example, red for last-minute updates).
* Branding updates
* Essential package: Your emails will include a clean design with
the Dineplan logo at the top.
* Premium package: You can upload your own full-width header
image, including a photo of your choice and your logo (optional).

• Image: Landscape orientation, minimum 560 × 360 pixels
• Logo (optional): PNG format with a transparent background
? What you need to do

To help with a smooth transition, we’ve created default versions
of your new templates. If you’ve added custom messages to your
current templates, please copy that text over to your new
versions. You’ll find these under the Email Templates section in
your dashboard:
Go to Email Templates ( account.dineplan.com/emailtemplates )
For now, you'll see
* a set of current templates and
* a set of new templates.
Towards the end July, we'll switch over to sending out your guest
notifications based on the new templates.
